Tools for Factories provides focused, browser-local worksheets for transparent production math.
How models are chosen
Each calculator uses a stated formula or process model and exposes its inputs, units, assumptions, and limits. The tools simplify real operations; they do not replace approved procedures, drawings, standards, or engineering review.
Examples and checks
Worked examples are tested against the same deterministic calculation functions used by the tools. Boundary, invalid-input, unit, reset, and export cases are checked before release. Recheck results against source records before making a material decision.
Sources and dates
Guides link to primary references where practical. Editorial dates reflect substantive review of claims, not a build or deployment timestamp.
Privacy and scope
Inputs and local CSV files are processed in your browser; this static site has no calculator account or upload database. Outputs are estimates and not specialist, safety, quality, legal, financial, or compliance determinations.
